polymer Plastic

Density of Plastic material    Plastic density presents the total mass of the material divided by the total volume of the material. density is 1 kilogram per cubic meter or 1 gram per cubic meter. D=M/V ___ Density=Mass/Volume To determine the density of plastic materials, you have two options. The first one is to test the solid plastics in water, the second is to test the solid plastic in a liquid other than water. The first choice is the more common test that can be performed with plastic sheets. Generally water density near to 1 , so if plastic material flot on water , means density is less than or equal to to 1 , if sink in the water means high density. Bulk Density  The bulk density of plastic materials is the weight of material depending on the specific volume. You can express bulk density in (g/cc) gram per cubic centimeter, (b/cu ft) pounds per cubic foot and (KG/L) Kilogram per liter. For instance, if you want to determine the bulk density of PET Material,...

Use of Agglomerator in Recycling of Plastic materials

Agglomerator  : use for dens of polymer / plastic flakes & film , bottle  piece , Nonwoven  fabric , so we can easy to recycle.  Agglomerator  coming  with automatic  belt feeding system,  cooling  water feeding  system  with automatic  controlled.  Due to shearing  , temperature  increased  so water use for controlling  the temperature.  Dense materials  we can directly  feed in recycle  extruder.

Polymer waste management

Plastic Waste Plastic waste accumulation is one of the main ecological concerns in the past decades. A new generation of plastics that are easier to degrade in the environment compared to conventional plastics, such as starch-based bioplastics and oxo-biodegradable plastics, is perceived as a solution to this issue. However, the fate of these materials in the environment are unclear, and less is known about how their presence affect the microorganisms that may play a role in their biodegradation. In this study, we monitored the dynamics of bacterial community in soil upon introduction of commercial carrier bags claimed as  biodegradable.
