Processing  of Plastic  materials  , it's depending  upon  raw material  MFI , Processing  Temperature,  Glass  Transition  Temperature,  Density  of materials,  Mw  etc . Mostly SOLAR Encapsulant  grade EVA process at 90 to 110 degree centigrade.  POE also process  at 80 to 115 degree centigrade  for Solar Encapsulant  grade. In Solar Encapsulant  formulation  : We use raw material  Elvax150  Peroxide  Silane  UV Absorbers  Antioxidant  UV residents  Additives for Increase volume  resistivity.  Machinery  : Mitsubishi,  GWell , Breyer & Mitsubishi,  & some Italian  machinery  is the best quality  machinery  for output , low gauge band , High volume resistivity,  best electrical  insulation  resistant  property.

Use of Agglomerator in Recycling of Plastic materials

Agglomerator  : use for dens of polymer / plastic flakes & film , bottle  piece , Nonwoven  fabric , so we can easy to recycle.  Agglomerator  coming  with automatic  belt feeding system,  cooling  water feeding  system  with automatic  controlled.  Due to shearing  , temperature  increased  so water use for controlling  the temperature.  Dense materials  we can directly  feed in recycle  extruder.
