Plastic Processing for Solar Encapsulant

Processing  of Plastic  materials  , it's depending  upon  raw material  MFI , Processing  Temperature,  Glass  Transition  Temperature,  Density  of materials,  Mw  etc .

Mostly SOLAR Encapsulant  grade EVA process at 90 to 110 degree centigrade. 

POE also process  at 80 to 115 degree centigrade  for Solar Encapsulant  grade.

Silane 

UV Absorbers 

Antioxidant 

UV residents 

Additives for Increase volume  resistivity. 

Machinery  : Mitsubishi,  GWell ,

Breyer & Mitsubishi,  & some Italian  machinery  is the best quality  machinery  for output , low gauge band , High volume resistivity,  best electrical  insulation  resistant  property.
