For Blown  Film Extrusion  we mostly  use LDPE/ LLDPE / HDPE  in for commonly  packaging  application  , For Higher  Barrier  we use Nylon, PA , EVOH , And EVA in application  , EVA also use for as a low temperature  sealing layer .

Processing  of Plastic  materials  , it's depending  upon  raw material  MFI , Processing  Temperature,  Glass  Transition  Temperature,  Density  of materials,  Mw  etc . Mostly SOLAR Encapsulant  grade EVA process at 90 to 110 degree centigrade.  POE also process  at 80 to 115 degree centigrade  for Solar Encapsulant  grade. In Solar Encapsulant  formulation  : We use raw material  Elvax150  Peroxide  Silane  UV Absorbers  Antioxidant  UV residents  Additives for Increase volume  resistivity.  Machinery  : Mitsubishi,  GWell , Breyer & Mitsubishi,  & some Italian  machinery  is the best quality  machinery  for output , low gauge band , High volume resistivity,  best electrical  insulation  resistant  property.
